LW/NBM Model is Direct drive
The LW/NBM industrial fans are designed for displacement of
dust. They develop airflow capacities between 1,000 CFM and
6,000 CFM at static pressures ranging from 5 to 14 inches of
water. With their adjustable motor support and their universal
housing, The LW/NBM unit can hold motors from 2 HP to 20 HP.
You can increase the power of your blower simply by changing
the motor, the fan wheel and the inlet plate. The LW/NBM units
are available in copunterclockwise position.
The LW/NBM fan wheel is available in cast aluminium, steel and
stainless steel. A non spark cast aluminium wheel comes as standard
equipment on all LW/NBM units, giving you a n AAMCA type C construction.
For heavy-duty and abrasive applications. It is recommended
to choose a steel or stainless steel fan wheel, available as
option.

Belt driven RSC / RSO blowers
The RSC/RSO blowers are typically installed before the dust
collector and are used for the transportation of materials.
They develop airflow capacities between 1,000 CFM and 140,000
CFM at static pressures ranging from 1 and 16 inches of water.
RSC/RSO blowers can hold motors ranging from 3 HP to 500 HP.
The RSC/RSO blowers are equipped with two inspection doors
at the wheel, a shaft guard and a belt guard. Furthermore,
the motor platform is equipped with a thread rod to ease the
motor adjustment and to set the tension of the transmission
belt.
The RSC fan wheel is available in steel as standard equipment
and in stainless steel or aluminium as option. The RSC fan
wheel is specially designed for systems transporting moderated
loads of dusts, powders and particles.
The RSO fan wheel is available in steel as standard equipment
and in stainless steel or aluminium as option. The RSO fan
wheel is designed for heavy-duty and abrasive applications
and is used in systems transporting large quantities of coarse
dust, chips and filamentous materials. This fan wheel is open
on each side.
Belt driven RBI blowers
The RBI blowers are typically installed after the dust collector
and in clean air system. RBI blowers develop airflow capacities
between 1,000 CFM and 140,000 CFM at static pressures ranging
from 1 to 18 inches of water. RBI blowers can hold motors
ranging from 3 to 500 HP.
The RBI blowers are equipped with two inspection doors at
the wheel, a shaft guard and a belt guard. Their heavy-duty
construction ensures minimum vibration and resonance. Furthermore,
the motor platform is equipped with a treaded rod to ease
the motor adjustment and to set the tension of the transmission
belt.
The RBI fan wheel is available in steel as standard equipment
and in stainless steel or aluminium as option. The RBI fan
wheel increases the efficiency of the blower because it requires
less HP to procure the same amount of CFM, resulting in great
energy savings. Furthermore, the inclination of the blades
results in a more silent blower.
Hummer Blower
The BELFAB HUMMER blower has
been design around a 1800 RPM electric motor. This design
feature is engineered to reduce substantially sound levels
(db) at to levels under 80db for blower ranging between 10HP
to 30 HP.Also HUMMER blower is engineered around BELFAB patented
universal housing design, that make it possible to upgrade
blower performance from 10HP / 5,000CFM to 30HP/ 9,000CFM
